ABOUT JUJUTSU

Indian Ocean Jujutsu is a system of self-protection that seeks to control an attack and neutralize violence. It is characterized by circular motion that redirects and utilizes an assailant’s force. The philosophy of kentai ichi – the spirit of the sword and body as one – is the heart of jujutsu training and practice.

Jujutsu self-protection skills are readily adapted to the immediate needs of people of any age in threatening or violent situations.
